Excellent friendly always helpful

A very good place to go to if you want to buy a mobility scooter or any disable aid

My mother wanted to purchase a recliner chair. We had visited several furniture shops but she was confused with the different designs and motor options. Her mobility is impaired and her general health not good. We called in to the Bush shop by Tesco. The gentleman in the shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the different types of chairs and took time to explain what the differences were and what to look for depending on your own preferences and health. He was extremely patient and took time to ensure my mother understood the variables, there was no pressure to purchase. On my mother’s next visit to Newport (mum lives in Swansea) I took her back to the shop and she ordered her chair. It was delivered on time and as promised the delivery men called to make a convenient time to deliver. The delivery men were more than helpful and moved my mum’s furniture for her and explained the buttons and workings on the chair and set in the area mum requested. I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and patience. Mum loves her chair and it has made a great difference to her quality of life. Many thanks a happy mum and daughter 2

I went to Bush Healthcare to purchase a wheelchair for my partner, who suffers from severe ME/CFS. The staff were great and with their help, I left with the perfect wheelchair - One that is quite lightweight & fits in the car boot easily 🙂 They also said they have their own workshop there and are happy to help with any issues I have (2 year warranty), which is comforting to know (hopefully means any issues will be fixed fast!).
