Not every stairlift is suitable for buy-back. We generally look for newer stairlifts that remain in good working order, although suitability depends on the individual model and condition.
Our current scheme typically considers stairlifts under around two years old, but it is still worth contacting us if you are unsure.

We look at the overall condition of the chair, rail, controls and other components. The stairlift needs to be assessed for safe operation and suitability for future reuse.

Our team will dismantle the stairlift and remove the equipment from the property, so you do not need to arrange a separate removal service.

If the stairlift is too old, unsuitable for reuse or does not qualify for buy-back, we can still arrange professional removal.
Straight, curved and heavy-duty stairlifts can all be removed through our dedicated stairlift removal service.
