The Rascal Veo Sport LiFe is a comfortable and capable transportable mobility scooter designed to make travelling away from home straightforward. Its robust take-apart design allows the scooter to be separated into manageable sections for storage or transportation in the boot of a car, while the lightweight Lithium Ferro-Phosphate battery weighs just 4.7 kg.
With the standard 11.6Ah LiFePO4 battery, the Veo Sport LiFe offers a range of up to 12 miles when tested with a 90 kg user. The battery is also airline compliant, subject to individual airline regulations and restrictions, making the scooter a particularly practical option for holidays and travel. For users wanting additional range, an optional 25Ah battery increases this to up to 19.2 miles, although this larger battery is not airline compliant.
Comfort has not been sacrificed for portability. Class-leading all-round suspension helps smooth out uneven surfaces, while the generously padded seat and delta-style tiller provide a relaxed driving position. The tiller also incorporates a convenient charging point, and an LED front light and front bumper add useful features for everyday journeys.
With a top speed of 4 mph, a maximum user weight of 20.5 stone (130 kg) and a choice of Neon Blue or Mulberry finishes, the Veo Sport LiFe combines distinctive styling, portability and ride comfort in a scooter well suited to shopping trips, days out and travelling further afield.
